We would love to meet with you and your family in person to gain an understanding of your child’s needs and interests, and to share our school’s true experience. Please contact us to connect with our Enrollment Director who will assist with any questions you may have and schedule your visit. Contact Us Visit Visiting us is the best way for us to get to know your family and show you all that we have to offer. You will meet with our staff members who will be able to show you around the campus and address any questions you may have. Apply After your visit, you may complete our online application form. Complete the application and submit with your $75 application fee. Apply Assess Once we have received your application, we will invite you to create a Ravenna account. Through Ravenna, you will: Submit a questionnaire and tell us more about your interest in our school. Request your child’s teacher evaluations (TK–5th grade: child’s current and former teacher, 6th–8th grade: child’s math teacher, English teacher, and school administrator). Request transcripts from your current school for the past three years and the first trimester of the current school year (if applicable). Schedule your child’s assessment. TK–1st grade applicants must take the Brigance assessment. Fee is $75. Students in 2nd–8th grade must take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE). Fee is $125–$200. Students in 5th–8th grade will need to complete an applicant interview. Once you have completed these steps, you can reach out to our Enrollment Director to check on the status of your application. October 1 – Online applications available October 8 – Open house Lower School (TK–5th grade) October 9- Open house Middle School (6th–8th grade) January 21 – Open house Lower School (TK–5th grade) January 22 – Open house Middle School (6th–8th) February 7 – Application deadline for priority consideration for TK–8 March 3 – Admission decisions released for priority applicants. April 11 – Second window application deadline May 9 – Admissions decisions released for second window applicants May 16 – Rolling applications accepted as space permits by grade level. Tuition Understanding the affordability of tuition is an essential part of the admissions process and your child’s education. Learn more about the tuition and fees associated with our school. We welcome students throughout the school year, provided there is space available in the desired program, and the child is grade level ready.
