Enrollment Information

2024-2025 School Hours

Lower school students can be dropped off between 8:00 am–8:20 am. Attendance is taken at 8:25 am. Daily dialogue starts at 8:30 am.
Middle school students can be dropped off between 8:00 am–8:25 am. Attendance is taken at 8:30 am.

Lower School:

TK: 8:20 am–2:30 pm
Kindergarten: 8:20 am–2:40 pm
1st & 2nd Grade: 8:20 am–2:50 pm
3rd – 5th Grade: 8:20 am–3:00 pm
Before and after care available 7:30 am–5:30 pm

Middle School:

8:25 am–3:05 pm
After care available until 5:30 pm

Modification Request Form – Use this form for life-saving medications (i.e., Epi-Pen, inhalers, insulin). Supporting documents provided by a physician for medical accommodations and a psychologist for learning accommodations are required. Forms should be submitted to your campus leader (Lower School: Leda Lester, LLester@rhoadesschool.com; Middle School: Joanne Pate, JPate@rhoadesschool.com).

Lower School:

Required Forms

2024-2025 Parent & Student Handbook – Parents must acknowledge that they have read the Handbook in order to complete the Online Emergency Card.
Online Emergency Card – Complete one card for each child in transitional kindergarten through 5th grade.
iPad Student Handbook – Completed forms can be dropped off at the Lower School office or emailed to Kim Kelley at kkelley@rhoadesschool.com.
New Student Immunization Records – These can be dropped off at the Lower School office or emailed to Diane Price at dprice@rhoadesschool.com.
1st Grade Report of Health Examination for School Entry – This is due 90 days after entry into 1st grade. Completed forms can be dropped off at the Lower School office or emailed to Diane Price at dprice@rhoadesschool.com.

Optional Forms
Before & After School Program: Extended Day is the only before-school program available. After-school programs included Extended Day, enrichment classes, private music lessons with Mr. Florentine, and athletics. These are filled on a first come, first served basis. Visit the Before & After School page to download our registration form. Forms and payment can be dropped off at the Lower School office.

Lunch Program: Our lunch program is via My Hot Lunchbox who partners with local restaurants including Rubio’s, Chick-fil-a, and Panera Bread. Visit My Hot Lunchbox to create an account. There is also an app available to download on the App Store and Google Play. The deadline to add, edit, or cancel an order is 12:00 pm the day before delivery.

Middle School:

New Student Immunization Records – These can be dropped off at the Middle School office or emailed to Diane Garcia at mdgarcia@rhoadesschool.com.
7th Grade Immunization Requirement – All students entering 7th grade must have received one dose of the Tdap Immunization. This additional dose must have been given after the student’s 11th birthday. If your child has had this immunization, please bring a copy of the immunization record to school so that we can add this dose to their CA School Immunization Card. Students must have this immunization before they can enter school in the fall.
